Delete your data

Foundcast is operated by iGrow Inc. You can disconnect Instagram and LinkedIn, or delete the account and the data we store: the photo, consent video, voice sample, ElevenLabs voice clone, fal video, LLM text, encrypted access tokens, and post metrics.

To ask iGrow Inc. to delete data for you, email privacy@i-grow.co.

Disconnect

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings from the app navigation.
3. Choose Disconnect for Instagram, LinkedIn, or both.

Disconnect revokes the token when the platform confirms it, then deletes the encrypted token. Instagram metrics stored for that connection are deleted with the Instagram token. Your photo, voice, scripts, and account stay.

Delete my account and data

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings from the app navigation.
3. Choose “Delete my account and data” and confirm.

That control disconnects Instagram and LinkedIn, asks ElevenLabs to delete the voice clone, deletes the photo, consent video, voice sample, fal video, and LLM text, and then deletes the account.

From Instagram or Facebook

If you remove Foundcast in Instagram, Meta can send two callbacks. Deauthorize deletes the Instagram token. Data deletion deletes the Instagram token and the Instagram metrics, then returns a confirmation code and a status URL. Open that link, or enter the code on deletion status. The status page does not show the Instagram account id.

Those callbacks remove Instagram data only. They do not delete the rest of the Foundcast account. Use Delete my account and data for that. The privacy notice names each category and the companies that process it.
