Terms of use

These terms are between you and iGrow Inc. for Foundcast. They were last updated on October 23, 2026.

The service

Foundcast turns a photo and a short recording of you into reel drafts, with scripts, hooks, and captions, for LinkedIn and Instagram. Nothing posts until you approve it. Free and paid limits are the ones shown on the pricing page at the time you use them. Paid checkout may be on a waitlist.

Your content

You may upload only your own face and voice, and only words you are willing to say in public. You are responsible for the scripts you approve. Do not use Foundcast to impersonate someone else. The photo, consent video, voice sample, ElevenLabs voice clone, fal video, and LLM text are used to make those reels, as described in the privacy notice.

Connected accounts

If you connect Instagram or LinkedIn, the access token is encrypted at rest and used to publish what you approved. You can disconnect either account without deleting Foundcast. Disconnect deletes the stored token. Removing Foundcast in Instagram does the same for the Instagram token.

We do not promise views, follows, or sales.

Deletion

Connect Instagram, Connect LinkedIn, Disconnect, and Delete my account and data are on Settings. Delete my account and data revokes the Instagram and LinkedIn tokens we can still use, asks ElevenLabs to delete the voice clone, deletes stored files and text, and deletes the account. The data deletion page is the same explanation for Meta’s review. Third parties that process the data are listed in the privacy notice. After we delete our copy, a processor may still have one under its own policy.

Changes

iGrow Inc. may update this page. The date above changes when it does. Using Foundcast after that date means you are using the terms then published here.
